White Glove Delivery
Stanley Furniture offers premium "White Glove In-Home Delivery" for all online outlet store purchases. Delivery times on average will be two-to-three weeks. After you complete your purchase, we provide you with e-mail tracking and an update notification link. Our delivery service includes scheduled appointment windows. Two-man teams unpack, assemble and adjust your furniture as required, place in a room, and remove all packing materials. Please note that additional charges for assembly apply to cribs and bunk beds. Additional white glove delivery charges may apply if your home does not meet standard delivery requirements.
Delivery of conversion kits may take up to 6 weeks and will arrive via UPS. Delivery of immobilizer kits may take up to 3 weeks and will arrive via US Postal Service. All other furniture orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery and you will be contacted by the delivery service to set up a delivery and installation time and date soon after shipment. "Standard Delivery" is not "3 - 7 business days."

The Shopatron shopping service makes it easy to find and purchase the special products you need. When you order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. Shopatron currently accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Sales Tax
Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address. We don't know the exact amount of tax until your order ships, due to the unique nature of the Shopatron service. For this reason, the order total in your confirmation email may not reflect the exact amount of this tax. Sales tax may be applied to shipping and handling charges.

Telephone, postal mail, Fax, and email orders are not accepted.

Preferred Shipping Method
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may need to split it into multiple shipments. As you check out, you can select whether or not to allow us to split your order. A nominal additional shipping fee is applied to a split package.
If you do not want your order to possibly have a small additional shipping fee. please make sure to select "Single Package." Otherwise we will split your orders into 2 packages if that is the fastest way to get your order to you.
